TPAU Education Advocacy Symposiums will have a different focus. TPAU will use interesting speakers who are either professionals in the Education realm or parents who have had a unique experience in the education system. These informational and interactive discussions are meant to unite Certified and Classified Educators, Parents, Elected Governing Board Members, and the General Public interested in being part of Positive Education Change. These interchanges will familiarize the public about current laws, statutes, processes and guidelines regarding education in AZ.

Focus: How Teachers and Parents get Results, Together
**Many Parents and Teachers do not know their rights under state law and code, which causes frustration on both sides. We are “Better Together” and this particular Symposium will focus on a mutual understanding.
Doors open to attendees 8:30 AM, program starts 9:00 AM with Founder and Key Speaker/s

11:30 AM- 2nd Breakout sessions

Mission: Teachers Parents Advocates United (TPAU) is a Non-Profit, Non-Partisan, 501c(4), Membership Organization dedicated to bringing State Certified Educators (Teachers, Administrators, and Substitute Teachers), Classified Personnel (Bus Drivers, Crossing Guards, Office Staff, Para Professionals…), Elected Governing Board Members, and Parents together in an effort to become better informed about education rights, laws, and advocacy in our multi-faceted education system.
