TPAU’s MISSION

Teachers Parents Advocates United (TPAU) is a 501c(4) Professional, non-union, non-partisan Teacher Membership Organization which gives Certified Educators a real voice as Professionals. We fight for advocacy in education, quality educators, and no indoctrination in the classrooms.  Currently, the average state “Teacher Union/Association” has only 22% membership yet holds the NLRB mandate due to the absence of a challenging group. TPAU is that challenger who achieve the mandate and gain the voice for Educators through their Bargaining Agreement Contracts. When teachers are treated as Professionals with a voice, students and families win!
